Everton V City Post Match Thread

That was not a 'good performance'. We had 2?? shots on target. Defending for their goal was inexcusable. So, no..it is not a 'good point'.

this, all day. have no idea how anyone can claim it as anything other than disappointing.

Should have won the game in the first half. Too many missed chances. We missed Yaya.

Silva was our best player by a country mile.

for all the complaining it took a keeper error to peg us back. that off a non free kick. every point earned whilst we are without yaya is a big point. when he and bony turn up we'll go on a proper winning run.

i would love to know what the fuck they do all week.

corners piss poor.

defending is a joke.

poor challenge by Zab,, no need to give free kick away for goal, cost us
This has happened far too much lately. He is getting in a habit of conceding lots of free kicks in dangerous areas. I think it was Burnley who scored against us too from a zab fk.

Big mistake and awful finishing/corners cost us.

What can we do about these corners? Everton were supposed to be awful at defending corners and they looked completely at ease against us.

Short corners would be more productive.

Two points dropped due to wastefulness. Still in a fantastic position and we can all close our eyes and pretend that Chelsea is still on top based on alphabet and not on points :)
