Do you know mr flood then?
Remember pre take over ? Our position is brilliant. Stop sounding like a bunch of divine wining rags!
I don't remember the film but what you're talking about does my head in. It's pointless.Have we all seen the film GOAL, when he signs for Newcastle the manager has him chasing a pass to teach him to pass rather than run with the ball. Remember It? Well i'm fed up of watching our defenders run 20-25 yrds to then turn round and pass back 15 yrds, wtf. City seem to have lost the ability to actually play football. Just watch the amount of times a defender runs to the halfway line with the ball to then stop and pass back. Depressing stuff.
When Pep was appointed many people said he would struggle in this league, they were absolutely right to do so. It would appear that he is really struggling to work out what style, formation suits the players he has available to him. We have one of the oldest squads in the premier league and he is struggling to impose his brand of football on them. I really think he has been shocked by the intensity of the premier league, and to be honest I can see this season being written off by the club in the belief that next season he will get it right.
Stop talking shite.
Getting beat at Everton 4-0 nil is not acceptable in any season whether it's in 2017, 2012 or 2002 it's not good enough.
We are the masters of controlling possession in pointless areas of the pitch and the masters of being unable to control our legs in the areas that do matterI don't remember the film but what you're talking about does my head in. It's pointless.
We've been 4-0 behind twice to two utterly mediocre teams in the last 6 weeks. That's not transition. That's worryingly shambolic and it won't be long before it happens again.Yep me and my mates have always had a "we're stopping up party". It used to take us to the last few games to limp over the 40 point mark. Now we get to that point by Christmas.
Today was a really bad day at the office of that there is no doubt. But many on here including myself always felt that this was going to be a season of transition.
