I agree we have done well to get back amongst it after the Newcastle shocker but by Sunday the pressure could be back on us. Three points behind knowing if we lose that gives the dippers a chance to go six ahead if they win their game in hand. I pray Bournemouth upset the apple cart but don't hold out a lot of hope. A win or draw for Bournemouth and a win for us and I will really believe we have the momentum.

If they don't beat Bournemouth and we beat Chelsea its over for them, they won't recover from that.

i wish i could agree with you, i can see both teams dropping points randomly from here on in, i genuinely cannot call this now and will just sit back with my fingers crossed and watch

It's always been the case, that both teams would likely drop points, but some weak people on here were convinced, for some reason, that it would only happen to City & Liverpool would just cruise away, in spite of them only being top due to bizarre events anyhow.

Every now & then, there are games which stand out ahead of others & bring potential change. We fucked up spectacularly, by losing to Newcastle imo, baring in mind, that we will likely drop points elsewhere, in more understandable circumstances, those 3 points were 'crucial'.

But Liverpool, chucked it right back. That was a huge moment for them, because if/when we do drop points, it really shouldn't be against Newcastle, when winning 1-0 & 'the Champions' should be cashing in on it, but they couldn't.

We are likely to drop more points & even now, people are writing stuff into that, as if we can't drop any more.

If we lost the next two, there is still no guarantee Liverpool won't do something similar.

The main race is just starting.
