Mangala as with Clichy needs games to keep improving. Demi can step in anytime and do a Job. As regards Aguero,surely either him or Dzeko should be ready. Think though that MP will go with 442 with both Jovetic and Dzeko starting then Sergio will play a few mins.

451 has been working well lately, if any game we need 5 in midfield its Everton. Martinez will have Baines back and he'll be encouraging the two full backs to get forward. We need to boss that midfield, nullify the fullbacks and create enough chances for whoever is up front on his own.
