I’ve had a message saying they couldn’t find my address and that I have to take action to take delivery. Phoned, waste of time as it just told me what I know. Went on the chat with some **** bot and I’m non the wiser

There is no other way of contacting them. Never had anyone say they couldn’t find the address in all the years I’ve lived here. What the fuck happens now?

It's shit isn't it? To be fair EVRI have been OK with me but as you will soon find out how good a company is when a ghost gets caught in the machine.

If it was an expensive item you can probably guess what has happened to it.

Be careful of scams as well, we got our Evri delivery yesterday then got a dodgy text saying they couldn’t deliver and to arrange re delivery asking for details. If you have missed one, there should be a note through the door and I’d go on their official website.

Never had a problem with EVRI. It does help that the Polish lady that has done our route for the last 5 years is rather nice and knows what to do if we are out.

Ended up emailing them and got a response. Gave me some shit excuse as to why it hadn’t been delivered but it would be by the end of last night (it wasn’t).

Just woke up and checked emails. Photo of it there in my front garden. They ‘delivered’ it at 3:45 this morning and it’s been sat there in the pissing rain until just now. They simply lifted it over my gate. Luckily nobody has taken it but the missus thinks I should say it’s been stolen!?

Anyway, at least it’s here. In what condition I don’t know until later. Wankers.
