If The lad from MCFCTV was in the wrong, it appears to me he would've admitted to any mistake. He's also gone back through and done a transcript to ensure he hasn't done anything wrong, as if could diminish their profile significantly from a reputational standpoint.

Yes,

Any content can be one way recorded on a computer by using screen capturing software. Most of the time the other person can be completely unaware about it as only the person running the software will have it displayed

I disagree. We all know what the British press are like in general and he's made plenty of enemies when highlighting their hypocrisy.

His anonymity allowed this. It appears he's a normal person, with a normal job, life and family. Who in their right mind would expose themselves to these hacks who'd go all in on his private life?

It's a snide trick that was pulled on him and as they were not named in Rabin's tweets, it could all have been handled in DM's or over the phone. The YouTube video was opportunistic self promotion and wasn't needed.

What gets me with Tweet deletions is its too late, not just Harris this is the same with everyone as once it's out there it's out there & the damage is done....deleting stuff and pretending it never happened is a really big ****s trick.

We can assume he wasn't pissed/smacked up/hacked so, why would he delete it? A supposed professional surely wouldn't post something he wasn't prepared to defend?
 
So Nick Harris lied about receiving the video by DM. Presumably to destroy any credibility the City TV guy has, or more probably to put the shitters up Rabin by suggesting his anonymity has been breached.

Journalistic credibility right there.

He’s certainly at the centre of a major fook up. I noticed that Andy is Aviation Blue on Twitter, that I have seen before, and I have asked him to delete the recording. I didn’t hear anything back.

I asked him to come on the pod a couple of weeks ago and he agreed. I had to rearrange it last weekend as life got in the way. Since then all this shit has happened so I think it's unlikely that Rabin will be wanting to speak to anyone - and I don't blame him!
 
So Harris has deleted his tweet. Which just goes to show just how much of a shithouse he is. Then again, I'm not surprised because he was getting pelters from everyone last night. Obviously, I couldn't help dropping a couple of hand grenades in myself. And that was before it went thermonucleur in the early hours. Shame I was in bed and missed that!
 
In my view after watching the video, I think the repetition is understandable, he's stressed out and losing sleep over it by the looks of it. People do obsess over things that are bothering them unfortunately.

It was a bad call to record it and a poor excuse to claim Rabin should have to spell out that he should stop recording because he doesn't want to be outed to the press, some of whom have made no secret that they are annoyed with him.

What I don't like is how Nick Harris yet again tried to intimidate a fan by claiming he had received the video and how so many blues believed him. Andy should have set Rabin's mind at ease immediately by deleting the video from existence and letting him know.

I don't know what to make of this Ray fella leaving, has he confirmed it was over a related matter or not?
