Ricciardo is awful.

He was solid at Red Bull and while his fall from then has been spectacular he's clearly an emotional guy, and now he's back "home" at RB I think he'd smash it personally.

I'm a McLaren fan and I felt sorry for him during his time there. He looked actually depressed.

Danny Ric is at a team that loves him. He'll be a great foil for Max.

Marko has already said Ricciardo wouldn’t be an option for them if they were to make any changes.

On the minuscule chance they dropped Perez they would just move Tsunoda up and bring in Lawson or Iwasa.

Not sure Tsunoda is ready. His raw talent is there for sure but he’s very hot headed and petulant. Needs another season at least at Alpha Tauri.

Mind you Max was the same and it’s only this year he’s really matured.

I know a lot of people will call this race boring but I'm calling it poised.

Really interesting tense tactical stuff, especially with Merc and Aston.

My hot takes:

- Perez is shite. Haas / Marussia / HRT level driver.
- Mercedes are going to sort their shit out and Lewis Hamilton is going to win the world championship next season.

Verstappen now level with Senna's total of 41 victories. Looking like he'll sleepwalk to the championship this year. Hamilton wont with that Mercedes, Alonso will hardly reel him back in, and Perez will follow team orders.

Good to see the Mercedes finally getting to grips with the new rules otherwise we in for another period of utter domination from 1 team only. Ferrari have been ruined since they were punished behind closed doors for cheating, cannot see how they come back currently.
