Not sure if this has been covered anywhere but with him retiring from the race and not actually serving it, will Norris' 5 second penalty roll into this weekend at all? Not sure if it will translate into a grid penalty or anything like that?

Racing incident’s happen all the time in F1,and I thought Verstappen after his couple of title wins and being more experienced now,but unfortunately he’s drifted back to his reckless approach which could end up having consequences for the other drivers,someone could end up seriously injured if he’s not brought to task by the authorities..
