I not sure that i would class Hamilton as a 'Gentleman racer' I certainly wouldn't compare him to Hill or Button because he is polite!

He is ruthless and wont be bullied, just like Senna (but without the temper)!

Setting up a charitable foundation in the UK is generally more tax-efficient than paying full taxes on high income or large estate.

Never mind sandbagging they were filling the fuel tank with concrete during testing, lol.

Max’s crash was nuts, looked like the thing just yanked its handbrake on! Potentially extremely dangerous that. I’m no Max fan but I can’t really laugh about a car that can randomly just crash itself.

Turned it off after Q1.
Slowing right down god knows how far before the corner and even going down a gear was laughable!

Look out for my Louis Foster in the IndyCar though. Rookie of the season last year. I race with him daily on the sim as we’re in the same esport team.

It’s got a great chassis. The chat about the engine doesn’t explain why they’re so much faster as four teams have the same power unit.

Plus Russel is an excellent driver. He had a great season last year, I think it’s his time to shine.

Verstappen already looks like the only hope of making things interesting, not in this race obviously.

The plus side (I also don’t like one horse races) is that (with it being a new regs season) the teams will be being huge updates most race weekends for the first six months or so - so the season’s unlikely to be decided any time soon.

If the four teams with the Merc engine had a top 8 lockout yesterday in qualy then we could have been doomed but the difference right now looks like it’s aero and thus anything could happen.

A lot of it is to do with intergration. The works car is designed from the ground up with the power unit,the chassis, cooling requirements etc etc complimenting each other as a package. A customer team gets the basic engine and that's it.
The works team also have optimal engine mapping which customer teams do not.
