F1 Season 2020.

I think Vettel will be a different animal next season. Watching his interview on Sky earlier he came across as looking to next season to build up the new teams reputation and then when the rules change in 22 going balls deep for another title.

Rule change will be interesting in whether it brings everyone closer to Mercedes. There will be a lot more standardised parts which will be right up Racing Point’s street if they are getting the help from Mercedes which they receive at the moment.

It was interesting the other day that Verstappen was saying that the cars are too quick and too big for close racing. If you look at some of the cars in the pre hybrid era they look like go carts compared to what we have now.

Looking forward to this.

Looking at the support races shows that passing is going to be more than possible with the long straight into a headwind, with DRS being more powerful when there's high downforce on the cars.

Multiple lines through the first corner too, where the inside isn't necessarily the best line. Try defending that!

Then there's the constant left-right nature of the track where the inside line suddenly becomes the outside, and so on.

Lots of gravel traps too, so cars will get stuck and need a safety car to recover.

Probably 2 stops too because of the tyre degradation.

Therefore, I'll go for another Lewis win, Bottas 2nd and Max 3rd... ;-)

They’re not doing a great job of showing they’re the best drivers in the world today are they.

3 corners raced. 13 cars left.

Who was it that went early? Is it Latifi going up to Gio and then slowing down?
