if Max has overtaken Lewis under the SC, then regardless of the cheating with the SC then Max has done something wrong and, if punished correctly, would have cost himself the WC.Max and RBR did nothing wrong but under the rules, they simply do not win the race and that is that.

i heard that FIA will come out and call it a non race and all points deducted from the race after the mistakes
