Mate, it's boring. And as I said, it's embarrassing. The fact this is even being discussed because we've drawn either Bolton or Palace away in the cup is staggering. The two behomoths of the game that are a League 1 club and a struggling Prem team.
As someone pointed out yesterday, if it's so inherently bent why do you still follow the game? Surely there's no point if we're just being persecuted "at every available juncture". If we were getting shafted why haven't we drawn United, Chelsea or Liverpool away? It's almost as if the cup drawn is totally down to chance, who'd have thought eh?
I am not saying that this draw in particular is definitely fixed (although I do not rule it out). But it's pretty obvious that there is at the very least bias and unfairness across the sport and very possibly a coordinated agenda. I am talking generally here, not about FA cup draws or any particular tournament. When you've seen what's been going on at FIFA for years, Platini on the take and all the UEFA FFP nonsense, David Gill in a position of power and influence walking the corridors when the red card appeal panel is about to meet and a casual "I'm sure you'll make the right decision lads" coming from a director.
Anyone who can't see how bent this whole thing is needs to give THEIR head a wobble I think.
