FA Cup 5th round draw - Huddersfield Town (Away)

That's the incident when Klopp broke his glasses when Liverpool players mobbing Klopp on the touchline. At Huddersfield Wagner runs the length of the pitch to join in with the goal mouth celebration - not the other way around. Exuberant celebrations but there the comparison ends.

We'll see what happens, but I am sure the FA will charge his with misconduct.

Look at the picture - its not on the touchline, it's well on the pitch. Watch the footage, Klopp runs further onto the pitch and then turns after a while, back towards where the players are celebrating nearer the touchline.

The Norwich manager is just sat in the dugout clearly gutted, but somehow managing to control the urge not to attack Klopp.

Also Wagner's technical area is on the half way line so you're exaggerating by saying he ran the length of the pitch.

Wagner did it earlier in the season against Derby. He was warned by the referee but was not sent off and no subsequent action was taken. Same thing would have happened yesterday had Monk behaved like an adult.

Now they'll both get a ban.

The Klopp celebrations were on the touchline. Wagner ran to the goalmouth - half a length of the pitch if you like- but when he was done he runs back again gesturing all the way. He is the manager of Huddersfield Town, not a pitch-invader. Petty infringements of the laws do not bother me so much. It's the disrespect to his counterparts that annoys me. Gary Monk's comments were entirely correct and I am glad he put him in his place.

FA due to make a decision on whether they charge clubs/officials by 5pm tomorrow. I think he'll face a long touchline ban encompassing our game. It wont make any practical difference to our game, but it's still an incident that annoys me. He might shrug it off, but I bet it will rebound on him, because people in football will take notice of that including leeds players, and there's a good chance they will meet again in the play offs.

I can understand Monk being pissed off at the result, but I don't see why the Hudd manager shouldn't celebrate with his players. Football can be an emotional game, on another day it could be Monk celebrating a late winner. If he's not man enough to accept a fellow manager is going to enjoy a late winner then maybe he's in the wrong business. Of course I'd fucking hate it against us, but I wouldn't be crying about it to the officials or trying to fight the other manager. Accept it, deal with it and move on.

If I was Monk I'd have taken offence as well. Anyway HTFC have been hit by 3 FA charges: two against Wagner and one for failing to control their players.

In October he invaded the pitch in similar circumstances against Derby County. i think he was sent to the stands but that's as far as it went with a Huddersfield spokesperson explaining that "David knows he should not leave the technical area and enter the field of play and has been reminded of his responsibilities". They have until Friday to respond. I don't know what the precedents are for this, but I imagine there'll be a club fine, and a lengthy touchline ban.

Anyone have any idea how these are selling ?
I was able to check yesterday afternoon and 4 blocks were available..
