Not sure what you are looking at but you can see Chilwells shoulder is over the line of the box whereas the leicester's defender is at least a foot before the box line. So if you want to prove he was at least a footvoff then great you've done that

When this debate came up earlier in the season, it was said that the camera technology is a lot better than people realise.

I'm not sure how true it is, but I don't have any reason to doubt it.
