FA Cup Final - 18/05 1700hrs

@jrb

Think you need a lie down mate, lol.

We don’t have any cheaper seats available, £115 is the cheapest and that’s why loads of east side blocks are blanked out, because surprise surprise they’ve sold out....

Rammy.

It’s sorted.

Stressing out like f***, as once again I have had to deal with and buy the tickets, even though my partner hasn’t bothered buying her ticket and my daughters ticket. Add to that my ticket has already been purchased by my branch. And the OS wasn’t letting us sit together, as I’d already reached my ticket limit, even though I tried to add my partner and daughter on to my account as family and friends, so we could all sit together.

Yeah mate, I saw your post above mine after I’d posted. No worries.

He knows you are reading and trying to wind you up which he has done.
Not at all wound up , quite comical really on there....I was looking for some cheap tickets...but they have some weird scheme but people are offering to buy others tickets if you don't mind sitting in there end

Imagine if english fan bases would get together and do stuff like this

Amazing to see them make a stand, absolutely brilliant.

The FA have gone too far this year, the prices really are a joke. So many people priced out by their greed and they just don’t care. Getting the message across on a flag like that would be a start, not just for blues but all football fans.

Slightly confused, how have they bought the tickets for £19 and who has the money? Due to being 200 miles away from Wembley it would be hard for us to do. I guess not entering the stadium until after the game kicks off, or everyone going onto the concourse and emptying our end while they do that shaking hands with unheard of dignitaries and just leaving the banner there, then returning for the kick off would have a big impact.

It was last season which did it. They hiked prices by 35% apparently and there was a lot of press comment. Of course there would be as it relates to Man Utd fans and they write what their fans want to read.

If a Northern club other than Man Utd or Liverpool who have national fan bases, get to an FA Cup Final next season then there will be huge gaps in the stands. I don't think other fans realise the ticket prices, because the media are not interested in football fans. It's basic journalistic function to expose injustice in the game. Where are all those journalists who working themselves into a fit about the Dr Spiegel allegations? Perhaps I am distorting this into a rant about the media. They didn't put the prices up, but they should highlight the issue.

Football Supporters Federation or whoever represents football fans in general need a Football Price cap of £30 home and away. City should lead this (it will hurt rival clubs as much as us - especially SPurs!!!)

I think City fans should have a banner or maybe we all take in a A4 sheet of paper with a huge £ sign and hold it up during a key moment eg Abide with Me, National Anthem, Kick Off something agreeable to all? Some protest needs to be made or the FA Cup Final will be lost to fans for good because we simply will not be able to do. Peoples game? Ha ha ha!

Why is the North side of the ground, almost sold out (approx 300 seats left on the North side) and a couple of thousand left on the South side?

Sun? Where the trophy is lifted? Even ignoring the Club Wembley seats the difference is very noticeable.

The prices for some seats are terrible, but the fact this will sell out tells it's own tale. If it's hurting people that much, protest by not paying it and don't go. It will not make you any less of a fan.
