FA Cup Final - Post Game thread

I keep reading remarks alleging that our players were celebrating all week. Where did that come from? Is there CONCRETE proof not social media/media insinuation?
Yes some players were seen coming out of some place in Manchester in the early hours on Monday morning but that was to be expected and they thoroughly deserved It.
However I don’t remember seeing or hearing of any celebrations after that but did see a couple of photos of them training during the week. So where did the allegations come from?

United are shite but today we were shiter. They deserved it.
Very proud of the lads though after all theyve achieved. Let the rags enjoy their victory but they know we'll be back for more silverware next year. Hopefully this will fire the boys up to come out of the blocks flying.

All the money you’ve spent since Ferguson left…
But you’ll never win 4 in a row…

We move onto next season CTID

You got to laugh at them daft rag Cunts. They have gone full-on, Nothing is wrong with this team and the manager, we just won the FA cup, Even the Glazers didn't get a booo from the fans, It's a Cup game/Final, It's a lottery a one-off game, Papering over the cracks again by seeing the future and being title contenders next season,

That is all they are, A cup team that got lucky today, They wake up in the morning still 8th in the league, £1.5 Billion in debt, Ten BoB Spent £500million on the first team and won 2 cups, OT is falling down leaking roof, sacking the manager again, Glazer sell 25% of the club to JIm and he now owns the club,

Just when I am feeling down the Rags fans bring me joy and laughter

This season City have played 59 competitive matches and have lost only 5. We have won a forth successive PL championship, a feat achieved by no other team in English football history. We missed out on a unique second successive double at the last hurdle because the team had a collective off day, and off days for City are rare indeed. And let's be clear, players don't perform poorly by choice. Off days seem to have a life of their own and it is doubly unfortunate when the team has an off day for a final.

I'm not getting involved in a debate about which side deserved the win because it is irrelevant now. But it's important to point out that we have been vulnerable on occasions to long balls over the top and both their goals came when we lost the ball which was then played long. The first then resulted from poor play by Stefan who came far too far for a ball ha couldn't get and from Gvardiol who headed the ball at his own goal instead of leaving it completely or hust heading it out towards touch. In brief then, there was nothing sophisticated about the rags' gameplan but wer are vulnerable to this approach at times. Pep will give it some attention for next season. Similarly we ran into problems in encountering a low block which have been problematic at times in the past when we're not at our best.

What I will say in conclusion is that, although we did not play at all well, Haaland hit the bar, Alvarez missed a chance he should have taken and Doku scored from a shot the 'keeper should have saved. Three goals we could have got, one they should not have had - and we lost 2-1 .....
Good Perspective

All that money spent to play twat it long hoofball. Some going on like they played us off the park ffs

Also, they rested most of the team for about a month knowing the FA cup was their best chance of Europe
