The rest of the team looked jaded to me, this cup was only a bonus for me. The effort we put in to win the league was incredible. Happy enough with what we won.

Meh. Let’s not go too nuts about this. Sure it’s really disappointing but just looked like a bridge too far. Should maybe have gone on the attack from the off instead of be so cautious and deep but the substitutions were sensible, just nothing went for us today and our big players look like they had a hangover. Maybe they did.

Been a long hard couple of seasons and this was just one game too far for us. Not that bothered by the defeat - which is weird because we drove down this morning in shit traffic just to watch a bad game. Fact is, we've already lived the dream and it's hard to ask any more of these players. Bad day at the office in the first half, unlucky not to score earlier in the second. Can't win 'em all and congrats to United who played a great system that nullified our midfield for a lot of the game. Hope everyone turns out in force tomorrow to applaud these lads for what we have won.
