FA Cup Final | Ticket Criteria

In the same boat re OSC tickets. Mild panic setting in!! Nightmare if we have to show photo id at Wembley to collect as I've used my sons supporter number as he used mine so he could get tickets at same time as girlfriend. Bought their 2 straight from club and got OSC to use sons number for me,
 
I had a problem with my ticket a few weeks ago. All sorted now.

They finally got back to my query just now saying they can't send me a new mobile ticket because the game is tomorrow and if it's not sorted then I should go to the ticket office tomorrow, which opens at 11.
 
I've bought three tickets using mine and my 2 friends season tickets. 2 of them are being used by my sons. I've just gone on now and I can't transfer them. Anyone know what the way around this is? Do my sons need to log in as the other two people on their phones? Can I ring City to request that they are emailed?

could you not forward the email for the e ticket to your sons
