FA Cup Final v Watford - Pre Match Thread

Isn't it vice versa?
Players have to show Pep their burning desire in training and if they don't,
they won't play.

Look at Danilo. Pep is refusing to give him a reason to believe in the collective. Danilo has to be better than Kyle or Zin.

Pep wants success, it works quite well and our key is a very competitve squad.
No presents to anybody and no special treatment for nobody.
Besides tactical moves - only performance counts.

Pep wants to win that glorious FA Cup for his first time. He has talked about it so many times.
Whoever will be in the starting XI will have Pep's total backing to be the best option available for that match.

agreed this is no time for sentiment, this is one of the clubs most important games in history.
we must stick with what's working and,
No, i don't think Danilo would be better than Zinchenko on the left.

If it's like the semi final, it's online only. ESPN+ won the rights for the fa cup rights for this year which is an online channel.

I'm lucky here in Canada, the game is on SportsnetWorldHD, the old Setanta channel, which is a premium channel on my regular cable provider, so i get the the game on my 60" sony tv, and not some sketchy PC stream cabled from my laptop to it.

People actually believe there’s going to be wholesale rotation? Crazy talk. Maybe one or two changes from Brighton, that’s it. Only areas I see the potential for a change are centre back (depends what he wants in build up, versus what he wants when defending long balls and set pieces - it’s a trade off we have to analyse on a game by game basis), KDB coming in, and whether Mahrez stays in or not (also note that Mahrez and KDB could be direct replacements as opposed to separate decisions). They will be tactical decisions, not rotating for a laugh or giving people a game out of sympathy.

Does anyone know if the match programme will be on sale in local newsgaents on themmorning of the game? It'd be handy to get the couple of programmes I need to get and drop them back in my hotel room, rather than carting them around all day? I remember when I was growing up in Manchester, you could get the programme in local newsgents in the week running up to the game.

Hi mate WH Smith used to stock them I bought one on the Friday before the Wigan final and never got around to reading it due to the result !
