TV companies do this all the time at loads of grounds. Fucking proper weird behaviour!Pretty sure ITV just turned down the mics on the Cardiff Fans outsinging Liverpool.
A ground they do it a lot at is Palace. There’s a little enclave of home fans who sing all game at Palace (with 95% of the rest of the ground sitting in silence) but the way they turn the mics up near them would make you think it’s prime Legia Warsaw with a whole stadium of 40k signing. And they are constantly turning the away fans down there n’all.
