FA Cup Games 7/8/9/10 January

Villa could easily of scored 4 or 5 to be fair.
True, but that wasn’t a United win as the the game was changed by a faceless VAR and Match Commander who could be anybody.

1-1 and the game changes, even Oliver realised that he had to get the cards out as he was so embarrassed by his directed actions.

On a serious note, Rashford looks like he's completely lost interest in football. I watched some of the match with my mate and he looked borderline depressed at times.
scores two or three good goals a season and is worshipped by the media. But yes i agree looked very disinterested tonight. A couple of years ago I thought there was a decent footballer in there, now i dont think so.

The decision from VAR not to review the incident was bloody scandalous, literally!
Thought Villa were the better team.
Shaw could have been booked for holding onto the ball and a foul, within minutes of being booked. So could of been sent off.
But although the Villa player had a bloody nose, was the flaying arm deliberate ?

I don't know because the BBC didn't show the incident again and nothing was mentioned about it by Lineker Shearer or Richards after the game.

Anyone know what Shaw did cos I don't.

We can all blame the ref, v.a.r, Mahrez or the boogie.
It all boils down to Aston Villa players not putting the ball in the net.
They do that one job……they win the game and go through!
We’ve seen it plenty of times - opposition missing chance after chance and the Rags winning 1-0
God i hate the fuckers
They did put thd ball in the net!

Nah, flailing arm but no intent, Villa lad just unlucky.

He'd have been alright if it was Shaw's other arm as he had a big fuck off Pasty in his hand:-)

To be honest when you have saved so many little children from certain death having to play football must be so difficult.

Pep would turn him into a scoring machine. Might not be popular, but I think he would gobble goals up for us.
I used to think that but now I'm more enlightened.

Not a fuckin chance, he can run fast, when he wants to and hit the odd 30 yarder when not under pressure.

He wouldn't last 5 minutes in training with us with the tight passing game and technical ball work, would be nowhere near a Pep starting 11!

Lol.

But being serious VAR didn't even look at it and that is fuckin' disgraceful.
For me there was nothing to look at.

What was more annoying was spending an age looking at Cavani when Oliver had clearly seen it and allowed the game to play on because he deliberately ran into the Defender.

Lump on Villa to absolutely bum them to death on Saturday at Villa Park.

Wonder if Ralphie has him pegged for a transfer / loan to another club?

From "Shit on the Villa" to "Shit on the Boro"

Boro can't be as unlucky as Villa were tonight.

Will it be another Monday night FA Cup cracker on the Beeb? Probably!

They only sent that goal to VAR as the BBC wanted a bit of the VAR action that Sky have been getting.
Didn't want extra time to fuck up the News at 10.00
