They'd have been better off letting Sancho's original shot in. They'd have been level, yes, but still with 11 men on the pitch to play out the last 20 minutes. And yes, I fully realise that it's instinct for a player to do whatever he can to stop a goal.

I only watched the second half to be fair. By all decisions I meant specifically the Willian handball and the 3 red cards, though on reflection I don’t know precisely what Silva said to get himself sent off. Mitrovic and Willian decisions were spot on though.
 
Silva telling it like it is. Making it clear that Manchester United are refereed differently, to different standards.
