I think it will appeal to certain people. Possibly people taking their kids for the day out, who don't want to be surrounded by fans drinking. It would appeal to fans who've never been to Wembley before and don't know where to go/can't drive etc....and let's be honest, how many people want to travel to Wembley on a dry coach?
The other side is that, although these are dry coaches, if you really want a drink you'll get one on, you just have to be subtle about it.
