I got an acknowledgement email to start with (last week), and today I got the one with the ticket link.

Mate I wouldn’t stress on that.
I did same for 6 tickets; 2 arrived mid afternoon, another 2 in a different email later this afternoon, and so I expect the last 2 tomorrow. It’ll be fine, I’m sure

I’ve enough experience of the ticket office to know not to stress about it, no doubt a couple of calls will be needed to get it sorted.

To print it off you need to request a PAH ticket. I bought over the phone and received a PAH ticket email yesterday
