Because they're Blues (especially Tommy), why wouldn't you want to them to play at Wembley, albeit a semi rather than a final.

I’ve already answered that question.

But why would I want to make Sheffield United stronger and harder to beat in the FA Cup semi-final? You did see the winning goal didn’t you by Doyle?

Frankly, the reason we've only won 1 FA Cup under Pep is we always lose the semi-finals when rotating because of the massive league and CL games around them.

It would be dereliction of duty for Begiristain to not take Sheffield United's 2 best players out given the chance.

We'll piss playing two teams in a day.

Yeah, but look at the machine Man City are now. Look....we're not expecting to win....or even score....bit give us a fighting chance eh? Otherwise maybe losing to our reserves may upset whatever other trophies you may be interested in?

Good luck to you cheeky blade I certainly hope you get promoted rather than Boro but there’s no place for charity in sport.

Look at it from the other side, imagine the kudos you’ll get if you beat City without two key players. We’ll wrongly get the blame from a brain dead ignorant media for the fact that they can’t play and you’ll be cast in the role of plucky freedom fighters overcoming the influence and power of big bad Manchester City

And regardless of who plays you’ve got a better chance than you think, if you can beat Spurs you can definitely beat a City side who’ll most likely be physically and mentally very tired after the Bayern game in midweek

That was against Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool though not a Championship team.

Like yesterday where we made seven changes from midweek, there’s no way we won’t rest players against SheffUtd.

I don’t think some people quite understand the toll it takes on the players to play every few days, especially games like Munich away and Arsenal at home.
