Season long loan

Just checked again and I was looking at the rules from an earlier year. For 2022-2023 rule15/j/iv now says they can't play, so you are definitely correct.

However, rule 15/j/iv goes on to say that players on a season long loan are eligible to play.

But are they the 2009/10 rules, which may have changed by now ?
