Also you have not factored in that these trains are usually overbooked especially where football fans are concerned so the number of fans on the trains would be higher.

I did think about overbooking but then discounted it because not 100% of the train to London would be football fans even on a game day.
 
Afternoon all, Coventry City fan here in peace, just looking to get a bit of info on your semi final now that I’ve seen it’s been (ridiculously) confirmed at Wembley.

I’m sure you get plenty more of this these days than back in the division 1 days of huckerby & goater vs Chippo & Safri, can’t believe we haven’t played you in over 20 years now!

Anyway, I am hoping to buy a couple of tickets for your semi final for my father in law, he has been a (Man) City ST holder man and boy travelling up from Coventry for games until this season where he has deferred his ST as the mother in law had a serious health condition so didn’t want to do the train up and down every couple of weeks due to c*vid.

So I suppose my question is, do you guys expect the tickets to make gen sale, if not is there any sort of membership I could sign up to try and secure them a bit earlier, failing that would there be any warm hearted souls on here that would be willing to buy me a couple using your ST/membership privileges.

Thanks in advance and I would me more than happen to return the favour for any championship games at the CBS if you ever get fed up of watching your ridiculous team!

Train booked via Leeds now. Don't trust the rail companies but at least we can have a few beers. Hope everyone gets there and back with a minimum of fuss.

But your argument is based on the FA moving the match from Wembley cos 2 NW sides are in the Semi. That was never gonna happen and this is a compromise that will benefit some.

Hopefully now a move will start to move the Semi's from Wembley for Northern teams.

Many aren't gonna cut their nose if to spite the face are they. You have 2 choices go if you want to or don't!
