My situation is not quite as bad as yours but still annoying. Ordered tickets in the first window like you but not received them yet and flying out early doors tomorrow but back in Manc Thursday night. Would it have been so difficult to send tickets out on the first batch to fans going to Madrid?Spoke to ticket office this afternoon. Some tickets haven't been posted out yet, they're doing them by block apparently.
No consolation when tickets were bought at 9 am on first day of sale and we leave for Madrid tomorrow and are staying in Madrid until Saturday when we fly to Heathrow for Wembley !!
It's no problem says ticket office guy, ring us from Madrid on Friday and we'll arrange for you to spend the 4 hours before kick off queueing up at Wembley for duplicates.
Best team in the world, worst ticket office in the world.
If they are sending the out block by block, what about if you purchased tickets in a block today that has already been sent out? The mind boggles. Should just send them out when people purchased… a better order.

I’m in the same boat - ordered on first day. There was limited cheap seats available, posts like this are pointless.
Those limited cheap seats are STILL available. If they had sold out then you have a right to complain but they haven't. Anyone who's chosen to spend in excess of £30 has done so through choice and not necessity

Seems daft that they can't send digital tickets when they've been ramming these down our throats all season. And Charity Shield was print at fcking home. Great if you had a printer and was at home at the time which I weren't. Then again nothing surprises me anymore. Just seen a bloke chucked out of the pub for having a snake wrapped round his neck!
