More likely the FA are delaying the announcement until they can also say that a number of free coaches will be available. Perhaps also hoping that the telly company will agree to showing it at 3pm on the Sunday

100%this in my opinion. Never moving it from Wembley. It will cost them too much in compensation.

They're only holding off announcing the date so they can stealth drop the news along with an obscene ticketing price structure behind something more headline worthy. They'll be a handful of dry coaches aiming to get to the ground for kick off put on extra for each set of fans that may even be free and that's it.

Yeah, I think it's a case of delaying the inevitable. I honestly can't see past a teatime kick-off at Wembley on Saturday 16th. That tweet the other day about liaising with the likes of National Express was a dead giveaway for me. Pushing it back to the Sunday will mean Sky having to agree to move Liverpool's game against United on the 19th back 24 hours (and in any case we're live on Sky against Brighton on the 20th) and IMO there's not a chance that Sky will mess with their own schedule to accommodate a match taking place in a different competition that they don't even have the TV rights for. I could be wrong on that of course but I doubt it!
