FA Cup SF | Liverpool | Sat 16 Apr 15:30 | Travel, Ticket & Pub Discussion

Doesn't look good that it will get moved. Remember the Derby at Wembley. Would of made so much sense to of played it up north. Its a case of money v's common sense.

Yeah, I think it's a case of delaying the inevitable. I honestly can't see past a teatime kick-off at Wembley on Saturday 16th. That tweet the other day about liaising with the likes of National Express was a dead giveaway for me. Pushing it back to the Sunday will mean Sky having to agree to move Liverpool's game against United on the 19th back 24 hours (and in any case we're live on Sky against Brighton on the 20th) and IMO there's not a chance that Sky will mess with their own schedule to accommodate a match taking place in a different competition that they don't even have the TV rights for. I could be wrong on that of course but I doubt it!
Spot on

City are not live on TV against Brighton.

The times of the FA Cup semi on Saturday can change every year, there have been 7 different start times since the return to Wembley for semis in 2008. Due to Wembley having trouble recently they may be pushing for early kick offs which would clash with the BT game, there is no agreement with BBC or ITV not show early kick offs after Weds CL games. The could even go for 745 again, though very unlikely.

According to the fixtures page on the official club website we are!

Just checked Sky's website though and it says we're not. Typical City that
