BBC (along with all the other UK broadcasters) has never infringed on the blackout in all the decades it's been in place.
There was even the ludicrous situation a few years ago when El Clásico kicked off at 5pm UK time on a Saturday but Sky couldn't show the first 15 minutes live and had to join the game at 5:15 when the blackout ended.
