I think that loyalty points should definitely count for cup tickets. I also think that there should be an advantage for joining the schemes. I think the current advantage is too much and results in a situation where a first year season ticket holder can take precedence over a 20 year season ticket holder for a ticket to a cup final.

But they are the people who took the gamble and attended the earlier rounds on the present years FA cup, ffs some of our fans need to get real and smell the coffee!

Fed up of the moaning about this shit now

I don't agree that first year season tickets should be able to "gamble" to get priority over long serving supporters. I don't see why there is a problem with discussing whether this is a good thing or not.

If you're fed up moaning, I'm sure there's other threads to click on.

That's your opinion which I respect, I think the opposite and that is mine :)

The long term supporters (like my dad) don't go to the earlier rounds (some of them) I like many others choose to be the scheme as I attend them anyway so why wouldn't I ensure I get a ticket?

People obviously want to not bother with earlier rounds then go to the final which in my eyes whether you've been a fan 10 years or 50 absolutely stinks

We got 4 thousand more tickets than against Stoke yet it sold out at a higher level of points. I think?

No sign of FA Cup fever flagging at Manchester City after the winning the first trophy and then the League.

The day we get as complacent as Man Utd fans over their success will be a sad one. No sign of it yet

If you can't be arsed with the earlier rounds why on earth should you get priority over the guys who go

Prior to the cup scheme having priority tickets the attendances were pathetic for the home cup games in the early rounds,so the club have provided the solution which the stay aways have forced upon them
If people wanted to give themselves a better chance of Wembley tickets they knew at the start of the season what to do

It sold out on the same level of sales taking into account the extra points available by only renewing your ticket. My Brother was eligible on the last day of Stoke sales same as today and he only does 1/2 away a year and not in Cup Schemes

The club have been very clever...Without the club doing anything I reckon the cup scheme membership will increase so much next season.

I reckon next year we will have a lot more on the cup schemes purely and simply as a result of fans not getting cup final tickets

I'm sure DD said this would go on general sale as demand wouldn't be as high this time round

Not really mate, we had the same arguments for the Stoke final and some fans still did not take the warning
