Liverpool have 7 yellow cards - 28 points, way less than anyone else

You can read this two ways:

Liverpool are a very clean side, or it's evidence of lenient treatment by referees.

Given that they and City are well known for their pressing game, it suggests to me a degree of lenience.

Factor in our average possession stats and you'd almost think it was bent.

Am i correct in saying the Liverpool player who stamped on the Leicester player - an incident referred to VAR as a possible red card - wasnt even booked for it?

You'd be forgiven for wondering, at the very least.

The 'tactical foul' agenda in full swing.

Maybe teams tend not to compete with City in the middle of the park, and just retreat into fixed lines around their penalty area, but there should be a direct correlation between fouls committed and yellow cards.

    TAA again.

Like Gomez taking out Sane in the charity shield. Would have been a red had it have been Walker on Mane.

    It's so fucking obvious.

I think there is some leniency towards LFC but tbh City should be overcoming that.

And the fact that we get a good hard twatting every game but the refs judge it fair play.
