There are cameras all over the ground, it shouldn't be hard for them to find people throwing things and to then give them life bans!

If the CCTV is anything like ours at the Etihad, then it won't have seen anything.
They still haven't identified the coin throwing Dippers have they.

It's sad that so-called fans of the game have so little respect for one of the best players to have graced the Premiership.
I remember the standing ovation that City fans gave Thierry Henry when he was substituted at Maine Road after he & Arsenal tore us apart & were 4-0 by half time. Appreciation for a great player.

Yeah, remember that day well.

Remember when Leicester came to our place, top of the league, on their way to the title and they beat us 1-3 with a very good performance and we applauded them at the end of the game?

Contrast that to United when Leicester went to their place in the May and United fans were chanting ‘come back when you’ve won twenty’ and booing them as Leicester were leaving the pitch.

Its a stupid rule. Not sure why football is so behind other sports when it comes to rules. Just have a time keeper who isnt the ref . If the player being subbed takes ten mins to walk off then the clock is stopped for 10 mins.
When a player has to walk past opposing fans then this was always going to happen.
Theyll change the rules again now. Football rule makers are so reactive rather than proactive
