FA Watch

One thing I have noticed is the amount of "rag" evidence being thrown about. Ok while I agree they do get away with EVERYTHING and they need addressing, we have to remember to mention every event by every team including our own I'm afraid otherwise we we look like we are being petty and are on a mission to pick at everything the rags do. This is a fight against the FA not just the scum up the road. The FA will make us out to be rag hunters if we dont mention other teams. Just a thought anyway.
As for the youtube vids etc and video evidence then I would suggest someone PM's you the links so you can attach them to your emails Monty. This would add weight to our cause. Maybe one of our resident IT guys?

We need somebody to collate the following clips into a Youtube video and send it to the media - it's more likely to create a media storm this way I think:

- Rooney stamp vs Aalborg - NO BAN
- Rooney Kung Foo kick vs Aalborg - NO BAN

- Rooney elbow vs Stoke - NO BAN

- Adebayor stamp - 3 MATCH BAN (likely)

Im sure there are hundreds more examples where video evidence has been looked at and dismissed by the FA/UEFA.

Sorry
I'm not very technically-minded

but wouldn't it be great to send Sam the drummer's compilation to th FA disciplinary bloke (kirkstall ? plus copies to those twunts Scudamore, Whitemoe and Gill?).

Can someone more technically gifted oblige???

I'm just trying to find a video for every case, then we could send them, but its really hard!

All videos of Ronadlo v Dawson have been removed due to 'copyright'

I personally think that anyone who receives a wage from any football club should not be allowed to be a director of the FA i.e David Gill and Gartside.

Fuck me you can't even take part in a 'win a ipod' comp with Kellogs if you work for them, yet these two are allowed to effect decisions which could directly put million into their OWN pockets!!!!! Is it me or is this wrong?

Fair point mate.

All that's with the FA so far is one about Arsenal (last Saturday) and the Rodellega incident because the FA were said to have been already investigating it, albeit it has all gone worryingly quiet on that front.

They won't do much if anything about all of the incidents from the past that we've all mentioned so in a sense the slate is wiped clean as far as this campaign goes and what happens from now happens. Past experience tells us there'll be other incidents from other clubs so just mention them and I'll contact the FA and take it from there.

But compilations can be sent separately to the various journalists I've contacted and I'm more than happy to do that.

That's a great point; it's like when United were urging the FA to take action over Adebayor - what's it to do with them other than forcing him out of Sunday's game against them?

I hark back to the days when directors were not allowed to take a 'wage' out of the club. Bob Lord would be spinning in his grave at some of the obscene antics of those supposedly running football these days.

Monty, I have emailed the guy I deal with at Sky to see if I can do a blog on the whole debacle and to see how contentious I can be on the issue and put it on the Sky Sports site

Hopefully they will give me the green light and I will make sure I include as much as I can

Will let you know once they respond

Danny
