FA Youth Cup Final 25th April - Lost 5-3 on penalties

Don't want to be too critical of the lads, but none of them look even remotely close to getting in the first team. I know they've got a few years to go yet, but I just wasn't overly impressed by anyone.
You never are, someone could score 15 goals with their bellend and you’d still find something to be critical about.

Frimpong in with a shout, as well.

This can either spur on or hinder player development. But the main factor deciding which happens is also exactly the one we select for.

To be honest I wouldn't necessarily want the press coverage for our lot, I dont think it was necessarily great for us when England u17s got so much coverage - Sancho leaving after the Euros and Latibeudiere got in a contract dispute straight after the world cup.

Let klopp field questions every 3 days about why Duncan isnt starting for them yet instead.

If you weren’t impressed by Harwood-Bellis then I don’t think football is the sport for you.
Bellis is a star,he has everything in his locker to be a top class centre half.Ive seen nothing at youth level at his age who has impressed me more.

I am confused by your response, as I wasn’t making a point about getting media attention, but rather about how players choose to use disappointment and single instance failures to either motivate themselves or become withdrawn.

Though, I agree with what you have said.
