I'm content with this signing. Its our first big signing through the door and hopefully we can get some momentum going in the transfer market. Make no bones about it we need home-grown players and 8 million is a steal and I'm confident will be a welcome addition to our squad and fill the void left by Milner (Milner and Barry were a success coming from Villa so fingers crossed). If we can get Sterling and De Bruyne through the day we have a very strong squad with pace and power and will be happy with our business going into the forthcoming season. Pogba would obviously be a major coup in terms of throwing a statement out to the rest of europe but I reckon he will stay with Juve and hold out for Barca. As regards to Delph again I have been impressed with him the last season or so, despite Villa struggling so fingers crossed it works out.

They would not have to as they don't need English players ..we do. Hopefully as the eds lads come through we won't need to do this, but for what it's worth I think he will be a success a al Milner.
