Hopefully, as long as it's not us testing it, I'm sure they'd try find a way to enforce it then. Bit agenda that not like me must what sleepless nights do.

It's a discriminatory practice in the first instance, however, the tv revenues amassed in the premiership alone, make the whole policy null and void. They were silly to think that as a body, it is above the law... thankfully we played the game and eventually put the nail in the coffin!

Sounds like this is on. Both Fabinho & Mendy donr deals. Mendy is for sure having medical tomoz

I hope your right mate....getting Fab, Mendy, Silva and Ederson done this early would be a great step forward. For me, Fab and Mendy would fill our 2 biggest needs!

We're buying 2 DMs this summer if YaYa Stays. I hope Fabinho is one because if we only get William Carvalho, we won't have enough pace in DM.

It's still there mate, it's purely that we are making money, keeping ahead of it, but we still have to balance the books & if the spending is as high as reported, I would imagine sales may have to play at least some part.

It should also be remembered that the rags got where they are, by forcing up wages & transfer fees to destroy competition & are the main reason, now, why we may have to pay 50 fucking mil for a fullback.

In principle, nev, only in principle - that's called picking on the little kid in school, inter's revenue streams, like many of the old guard in the European leagues, has suffered due to lack of investement and tv rights, however, should it be taken on, the practice would 100% be unenforceable. City, and to a lesser extent PSG, were anomalies but they made it known in no uncertain terms that they wouldn't be bullied in the future....

Surely they have no choice but to enforce it, as they have already sanctioned us & PSG & would be open to an enormous possible bankrupting lawsuit if they don't ?
