Left Back!!! He hasn't played leftwing much this season. I have seen about 12 to 15 games this season and he has played at LB every single time.

It is not possible hat we are in for both Cavanni and Ibra, unless that is we are losing both Tevez and Balotelli. So really, the money should cancel each other out to some extent. But it will be a stupid move in my opinion. Ibra is not a good fit for England, and buying Cavani would not change our slow build up. It would just give us another striker starved of the ball. It is not as if our strikers are missing multiple chances. It is really that they aren't getting many.

So defense and midfield fluidity should play a larger role in rectifying our scoring problems than offense.

I can totally see us going for Coentrao and Sanchez and waiting till January to see what else we need. Clearly we have an all round chemstry weakness. We have a technical ability weakness, We have a pace weakness, and a skill weakness. Sanchez and Coentrao can improve all four aspects dramatically

No, I want an actual leftback. A defender who attacks well. Like Ashley Cole the last few years, Lije Evra thelast few years, like Zambrotta before he went to Barcelona. Like Lahm.. A real leftback. Not a leftwinger who sometimes cameo's at Leftback. Coentrao is a true leftback.

Im sorry..but you need some stats too. 1 hattrick against then "out of form" Inter is not enough to make you one of the worlds best players.

I think we generally underate Nani coz 1) he is a United player and 2) he dives a lot. But truth be told, he is one of the best players in the prem no question.

Eaasily a top 5 player in the prem. Bale has been better in Europe than he has in the league. I think Prem teams do a better job playing him than Continental teams who don't see enough of him. That said Bale is a fantastic player in his own right. Has pace, lungs, aggression, a fantastic left foot shot, and a great cross. We shouldn't belittle his emergence, but Nani is still the better player, For Now!

mate , i rate nani very high , but when you are rating (or comparing) a player there is a date you cant ignore , the age. nani is 24 , bale is 21 , and i'm sure you know how great difference usually there is from being 21 (prospect) to be 24 (finished article). i think bale is sligthly already better than nani , but more is coming.
