He's never replaced Viera, hes not yet replaced Henry, infact as each invinsible moved on or retired he's failed to prepare a ready made replacement.

Arshavin is a great player, similar to Fabregas, similar to Rosicky. Song doesn't bring anyoutstandingly differnet qualities nethier does Denilson.

Wenger has a midfield squad who all have exactly the same core competances and excell in similar traits. His failure to spend cash consistently when its been available has taken them from an unbeaten season to looking the most vulnrable to giving up thier top 4 place.

Small, quick feet, eye for a pass and both can finish. Arshavin has more of an eye for a goal, Fabregas the pass.

Both are slim build, small in height and use agility over brute force and imposing themslef on the game ala Viera.

So i'd say they're pretty similar.

Hleb he didnt replace, he is a great manager, but a moaner and is poor in the market
