he is a really good player, I agree, not sure why he is so disliked and underrated on here tbh

There was too many eyes on him last season, every time he didn’t have a good game, you hear the same lazy opinions, well his heart is not in it. Was always gonna happen one the barca move did not come along. Cesc was honest last season and said in his statement he wanted to leave, but since the clubs didn’t agree…….he will respect that and give his all. He only started 29 games for us and still got 9 goals and 14 assists…..which is very good return, yet people say he had a shocking season. People who question his importance to us should check his assist stats the last 5 season and compare it to all the top midfielders. He has 95 assists for club and country in the last 5 seasons and something like 55 goals. He is also the player who had the best ratio for creating chances per minute last season in whole of europe

I dislike him because imo he is a disrespectful pain in the arse. I do think he is an amazing player though. I'd love us to sign him.

Because he is a shitbag. More class in one of my turds. Great player though.
 
If Arsenal can secure Gervinho, Cahill, Samba and Mata and unload Fabregas and Arshavin they could cut very close to even in a solid transfer window. They still have funds from the Kolo and Adebayor sales which they made a massive profit in as well. Arsenal's fans can't accept that the club doesn't have the spending power that their rivals do. They have to make these value buys. Its quite clear to me that they will be competing on the edge of 4th next season with the likes of Pool and Spurs. They might not have another chance in the near future to bolster their squad if Fibreglass' injury woes continue.
 
The way barcelona have acted in thier pursuit over the years has been nothing but a disgrace. That said, Arsenal over the years have used loopholes in the systems to steal other teams best youngsters so i guess its karma.

If a UK team openly tapped up in the way barcelona have, im sure Blatter and Co would have had something to say

other teams have signed players from their youth teams. Barca can keep these kids....and the truth is except for cesc. the best kids dont leave barca. But the way they have behaved to get Cesc is classless. Their former president encouraged Cesc to hand in a transfer request last season as he said Arsenal were being unreasonable.

Sure in the end we will have to accept the bid, but we got one of their kids and sold him back to them for35-40 times the money. Also when you look at Hleb, Henry, Overmars, petit, Van brochost and Fabregas. Barca has spend over 100 million on Arsenal players

Does that mean Arsenal are Barca's feeder club ? It certainly looks like it.
 
AC Milan president said they have pulled out because he is going somewhere else. Surley Barca? We may aswell buy Arsenal at this rate.
