There's simply no way that United have any chance of signing Fabregas, the player himself has ridiculed any story indicating he might leave Barca and, quite frankly, I can't see Fabregas wanting to go there. This is a story fabricated by the media to placate a large number of their readers (United fans) with a United story given there's been nothing whatsoever to write about with relation to United (save them failing to sign Thiago, which is hardly going to draw in the readers).
