I watch a lot of Italian football and watched Mancini's Inter a lot. The true achievements of Mancini at Inter are actually the Coppa Italia - twice and the Italian Super Cup. He won the league thanks to the calciopoli scandal.
If you watch his teams you will see he can easily be out done tactically. Cappello used to have a field day against him. He has a plan A, but is unable to chance things tactically during a game and i think this has been highlighted in his short term at City. If plan A doesn't work, he panic's and doesn't know what to do.
So for me, he is tactically not up to it and i don't believe he reads a game as well as the top managers. Mancini might win us a cup with all the money we have, but i can say with some certainty, he will never win the league or the champions league as he will be found out at the very top.

Why do you feel the need to post this crap on here? Everton fans continue to bleat on about having no money and wanting investment. There is a thread about 60 pages long on your forum about 'takeovers' yet now that we have the investment you wish you had got, your suddenly on here showing us all how jealous you are.
Everton and Moyes have done very well. But we all know your at the limit without decent investment which is not coming your way. Spurs, City, Sunderland, all have the ability and funds to over take and leave you lot behind. So for now, enjoy it, because, although it pains me to say this, money talks in football, you haven;t got any and quite a few other clubs have.

Ever club gets injuries. Some bleat and cry, others get on with it. You beat us twice - just as we did to Chelsea, but nobody here is stupid enough to believe that makes us a better team. We have more points, scored more and conceded fewer. We will finish comfortably ahead of you. We have sustainable, planned, measured long term investment on and off the pitch. We have a manager who has won league titles and cups, not patronising consolation prizes. Who would you rather be?
