To be honest mate I don’t think there’s any link at all. Loads of non-Manchester based blues who can’t/choose not to go regularly would take the opportunity for a trip to Wembley. There’s blues dotted around everywhere and the numbers are growing fast.Hilarious how the so-called attempts at a boycott had the opposite effect.
I think people are overplaying the ‘non-Manchester’ blues thing. To be honest mate I don’t think there’s any link at all. I support the boycott and what it’s trying to do, but non-regulars will grab the chance to go.
I have a French mate based in Manchester, goes to three or four home games a year and takes his two kids and missus to odd Cup game.
All four are going to Wembley for first time and they are making a weekend of it.
For me, it's a sign of the new fans we have attracted over the last five years and who are picking up the slack.
Stupid is as stupid says.Hilarious how the so-called attempts at a boycott had the opposite effect.
Boycott boycotters!Don't say it too loudly that you're going, you'll be getting death threats off fellow blues on here.
