Well said. Most of us said we wanted the Premier over everything.
The CL is a massive great big cherry. Yes it was gutting we were nowhere near our best.
We will get over it.

its been a fantastic season, to a point, but we have had better. Winning last night would have propelled us to the next level, unfortunately this is still a height that eludes us.

No it won’t, not for me anyhow

Years from now 20/21 will evoke memories of the beauty of the false 9 system, Stones and Fern scoring at OT, Gundog’s diving header at Everton, Zack’s save at Wembley, Mahrez’ breakaway goal in the PSG 2nd leg, Sergio’s goodbye goals at the Etihad and many other special moments.

I think when some of us are too upset not to say its been a fantastic season is not because we don't believe it was a great season. We are just too upset and angry for what happened last nite.

We had a good shot at winning the final and Pep messed it up before the first kick of the ball. We are sad of what could have happened had he not changed the formation of a winning team.

Our players looked lost with the defense struggling to over compensate for a missing DM. This affected our team in the attack. Sterling was not helping and Foden was misplaced and Bernardo had to go back to help Gundo who was overwhelmed!

If we had gone down playing our best eleven then it would have been a different situation. We are feeling angry, upset, robbed of what could have happened. We need time to heal but we don't doubt that what we did in the domestic league is nothing less than amazing.

At the start of every season I want City to win the league above all else. For me, winning cup competitions is an added extra. It didn't happen last night but this club is too big and well organised for us not to win it soon.
