I've been watching porn online for around 15yrs and never saw it as an addiction, more so a social norm.
I've had the internet since my early teens and knew how to use the internet far more than any adults around me.
So porn for me has been normal to watch.

Anyway I've not had a wank in two weeks now.
Only differences is I'm alot more frustrated, aggression has increased.... And the woman in my life is too busy at work... So yea it's a test.

Yeah, I did it for 6 weeks in Jan through to Feb. I barely touch porn since (although I've relapsed every now and then).

I felt a lot better for it. Better concentration, slept better etc.
I visited some.... Professionals and had a wonderful time afterwards too.
