One of the great things about being off is spare time to cook. Having a chilled afternoon making lamb madras from scratch - no pastes or jars etc. What's your favourite curry?
the ones my mates eat trying to be smartarses and ending up crying and throwin g up as its always a phal with extra chefs cillies
