Favourite flavour of soup

I survived solely on soup from the last saturday in June until the 20th August last year, and became something of en expert in the various flavours and have to say that good homemade pea and ham is very hard to beat.

This season i will be wearing a helmet when batting.

Big Stuey's home made Potato , Leek and Stilton soup . Topped with a garnish of diced fried Spanish Chorizo and chopped Flat Leaf Parsley .
Served with home made ( with 00-flour ) Flat bread .

People will 'pull their face' with the mention of Stilton , but because of the quantity used , it's not 'as sharp' as expected , and has a more 'salty' taste that adds to the seasoning .

Piece of piss to make , prep and cook is only 25 minutes . For the bread add 30 minutes 'proving' time .

Fuck off Oliver .

Signature dish?

The Jade City takeaway in Ladybarn does one of the best hot and sour soups I've ever had. Full of chunky meat, crab, prawns and veg. Also like cuppasoup, with a twist.... have it in a bowl
