Can see the Splitters getting the usual help that Big Red get.
Poor Avro will either concede a dodgy penalty or get someone wrongly sent off.
If Avro do win, it will be swept under the carpet.
But, no doubt, Slimy Stone & Jamie Paradise will instantly cover the Fenix Final if the Bucketeers win the Semi...
 
I’ve nothing against Avro, but I’m mystified as to why they’re in this competition. Per Wikipedia; Semi-professional and amateur teams from across Europe are invited to play in the competition based on exceptional social, historical and cultural significance.
They’ve done alright with some promotions these last few years, but Avro are an ex-factory team who spent most of the last 80 years being a fairly unremarkable Manchester League side. At least, unlike the mini-rags, they actually do have some history, mind.

So under which of those do the Rag Socks qualify under? Because they are an insignificance to anyone else but themselves.

If yes, why are the finalists from Britain ?
It would seem the Fenix Trophy is a weird, vanity project that does not attract European clubs of a fair standing and stature.
