So a drop in 495 from their game on Boxing Day. Near 25% drop
Presumably Prescot Cables brought more than Morpeth? (Everton fans after the City game?) but however they look at it, the ship is sinking fast
 
On the subject of their fans embarrassing themselves. The board is very upset that one of their own created a bluesky account weeks ago, posted the kind of inane shite the official club accounts post and got a few hundred followers but turned out to be a spoof account that hates their old manager

Trawling back through the account there’s a couple of other posts that could have made the muppets think it wasn’t actually FC united. That it is one of their own makes it all the funnier. They’re fuming, a city fan couldn’t have wound them up better!

Today’s attendance is 1879, slightly disappointing that we couldn’t beat the 2,000 mark for a big bank holiday fixture but thanks for the support from those of you that did leave the cold turkey sandwiches & ventured out into the gloom

Great performance! The only disappointment is that there was less than 1900 of you here to see it, frankly that’s not enough to pay the bills. If you’ve never been or if you’re a lapsed red who got fed up of the boring football under Reno get yourself down to Broadhurst Park, things are looking up!

This Tuesday v Warringron Rylands….. a bit of shit weather and they’ll be pushed to get 1000 turn up.
Or worse, the game is called off with hours to go and the pies have arrived, programmes printed and other expenses incurred.
